Ordering
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 1–2 days in advance. For custom or themed cakes, please order 3–5 business days days ahead to allow time for preparation.
Do you accept last-minute or same-day orders?
Yes, we do - but only for selected cakes and depending on availability. A surcharge of $10 applies for such orders. Please WhatsApp us directly for urgent orders.
Customisation
Can I customise the cake design?
We only accept text customisations at the moment. You can change the colour of the icing, the text, and the ribbons as desired.
Kindly note final outcome and design will remain under the discretion of The Cake High’s in-house bakers creativity and expertise. Text or piping may melt slightly in room temperature.
Delivery & Pickup
Do you deliver across Singapore
Yes, we offer island-wide delivery.
Town & CBD Locations will have a surcharge of $8.
Additional charges may apply to the following (but not limited to):
- Airport Cargo Road, Airport Zone, ALPS Ave, Camps, Immigration Checkpoints, Construction Sites, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Port, SATS, Aerospaces, Shipyards, Sentosa, Tuas, Embassy
How much is delivery?
We offer island-wide* delivery at $15.
*Delivery charges may apply for CBD & Town Areas, as well as locations listed in the aforementioned answer.
Can I choose a delivery time slot?
Our delivery slots are between 10am - 2pm and 2pm - 6pm from Mondays to Saturdays. Kindly ensure someone will be around during the timeslot to receive the delivery.
Specific time slot deliveries (Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm or Saturday 10am - 2pm) will be $25.
Can I self-collect the cake?
Absolutely! Choose “Self-Collection” at checkout and pick up your cake from our kitchen located at Foodfeel, 8A Admiralty Street, Foodxchange #02-21 Singapore 757437.
Collection is available from Monday - Friday, 9am to 4:00pm and Saturday, 9am - 10:30am.
Kindly contact us prior to self-collection.
What should I do if I or the receiver is not at home for delivery?
Please ensure that someone is able to receive your order as no calls will be made prior to the delivery.
Can the delivery driver drop a call when delivery is arriving?
Unfortunately, due to the amount of deliveries we have we are unable to drop a call/message prior to the delivery.
Should you opt for the open time delivery, please ensure that someone is available to receive the item.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), ApplePay and GooglePay. We also accept PayNow/PayLah to our UEN Number 200009544M (Pastry Mart Pte Ltd). Please provide proof of screenshot to 8853 8737.
Is it safe to make payments on your site?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways via Shopify.
Dietary Needs
Are your cakes Halal-certified?
Our cakes and bakes are Halal-certified.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations or changes to order can only be made within 24 hours after the order has been placed. If more than 24 hours has passed, we are unable to provide a refund or cancellation. Kindly contact us for further assistance and we will do our best to accommodate to your needs.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
Please reach out to us immediately via WhatsApp or email with photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
